           The Counterfeit CD “Mélodies des anges” Vol. 1 contains songs  copied from the original CD “Carillon Music Box Melodies” Volume 1 and 2. The artwork also is forged from that of the original volume 1 CD. Original red background reflects are still visible on the front part of the music box mechanism. That proves that the original CD has a red background.

           The counterfeit CD “Mélodies des anges” Vol. 2 contains songs  copied from the original CD “Carillon Music Box Melodies” Volume 3 and 5. The artwork also is forged from that of the original volume 3 CD.

Note from Marc Falcone about facts before the illegal activity

 

           In year 1996, we participate in the “Midem Asia 96” fair (Marché International du Disque, de l’Edition Musicale et de la vidéo musique)  that took place from May 14th to16th, 1996 in Hong Kong. At that time, the Managing Director of the FGL Productions S.A. company  Thierry Wolf came to our booth and was very interested with our products. Later, the Managing Director of FGL Productions S.A. company proposed us their license agreements, of which two copies were sent to us. After we have examined them, we find that the conditions were unacceptable for us, so we refused to do any business with the FGL Productions S.A. company and refused to sign any documents.

           After inspection of the counterfeit products we were able to buy from internet sites such as www.fnac.com,  www.priceminister.com and www.gemm.com, these counterfeit CDs proved to be made by industrial process. When we lodged a complaint to the local Police, the Police informed us that the FGL Productions S.A. company probably had to make and use false documents.

Updated: 21 August 2006: The FGL Productions S.A. Company not only denied the facts, but also answered us with arguments as ridiculous as false.

The counterfeit CD “Le coffret du Père Noël” (2CDs) contains both counterfeit CD “Mélodies des anges Volume 1 and 2. Also the artist name Marc Falcone has been withdrawn, which is another copyright infringement.

           Note that the artwork of the counterfeit CDs inside the box “Le Coffret du Père Noël” has been re-designed. That is a proof against the FGL Productions S.A. Company which claims that the box “Le Coffret du Père Noël” only contains the old CDs “Mélodies des Anges” they were unable to sell!
